Why are we doing this?: We are trying to reduce/eliminate the amounts of no-shows as well as multi-accounters joining the tournaments

RESTRICTIONS

Only SOME sets have the Highlander restriction set

Highlander (Can only have 1x of each card): Genesis, Trial of the Gods, Divine Order, and Promo sets can only have 1x of each card

Non-Highlander (Can have 2x of each card): Welcome, Core, and Mortal Judgement sets can have 2x of each card

Not Allowed : Mythic
